Telling the driver where you are
Kamenitsa is split into Kamenitsa 1 and Kamenitsa 2, and some streets run through both parts, so always say which one. If Bulgarian is hard, name a boulevard or a building. These are the pickup points people use most:
- the office buildings on Iztochen (Eastern) Boulevard, the busiest pickup points in the morning and late afternoon;
- Hristo Botev Boulevard and Knyaginya Maria Luiza Boulevard;
- Bogomil Street, one of the most frequent streets in our system, with blocks in both parts;
- Rodopi, Slavyanska, Kapitan Raycho and Ilarion Makariopolski streets;
- the blocks around Varshava, Lev Tolstoy and Mesemvria streets in Kamenitsa 2.

When cars are busiest
The busiest time in Kamenitsa is the morning between 07:00 and 09:00, when people leave for work and arrive at the offices on Iztochen Boulevard. After that, orders stay almost level through the day until about 20:00. In the evening they drop but do not stop: about a quarter of all rides in Kamenitsa are at night, after 22:00, when the night tariff applies. Demand is almost even through the week, with Monday slightly busier. If you have a train, a bus or a meeting at a fixed time in the morning, book the car the evening before or 15–20 minutes earlier.
